Treg Spicer
Senior Pastor of Faith Baptist Church
Pastor Treg graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2000 in Pastoral Ministries and also studied seminary/theology at Bob Jones University. He served at Vandalia Christian School and Vandalia Baptist Church before coming to Faith Baptist Church in 2015.
Jeremy Cordova
Administrative Pastor
Pastor Jeremy earned his Master of Science in Educational Administration from Pensacola Christian College in 1997. He also has a BA in Biblical Studies. Pastor Jeremy has worked as an administrator in Christian schools for over 20 years in both the TACS and NCCSA where he also served on the accreditation boards.
Christopher Knotts
Administrator/HS Bible, Chemistry, and Social Studies/9th grade HR
Mr. Knotts earned his BA in Theology from Piedmont International University in 1995. Mr. Knotts was instrumental in expanding MCA to secondary grades. He also teaches adult Sunday School at Faith Baptist Church.
Kristy Jecklin
School Secretary
Mrs. Jecklin is an Alumnus of MCA. She graduated from West Virginia University in 2000 with a BS in Accounting. Secondary students love how Mrs. Jecklin coordinates MCA parties and social events.
Johnny Crane
Assistant Pastor/Athletic Director/Bible/PE
Pastor Johnny graduated from Hyles-Anderson College in 2010 with a degree in Pastoral Theology, and is currently enrolled in Liberty University earning a Masters degree in Christian Counseling.
Sonya Dallas

Mrs. Dallas graduated from The Crown College in 2008 with a BS in Elementary Education.
Jennifer Tittle
1st Grade
Mrs. Tittle graduated from Northland International University in 2002 with a BS in Elementary Education.
Tiffany Fernandez
2nd Grade
Mrs. Fernandez graduated from Hyles-Anderson College in 2008 with a BS in Elementary Education.
Jessica Bailey
3rd Grade
Mrs. Bailey graduated from West Virginia University in 2004 with a BA in Psychology. She is currently working on obtaining her Masters Degree in Elementary Education.

Mrs. Spicer is an MCA Alumnus. She graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2000 with a BS in Elementary Education.

Mrs. Dowler graduated from Massillon Baptist College in 2005 with a BA in Religious Education.

Kimberly Knotts
MS Study Skills/HS Yearbook/7th grade HR
Mrs. Knotts attended Piedmont Bible College and has been willing to help MCA wherever needed as we continue to grow.
Julie Day
MS & HS Mathematics and English/8th Grade HR
Mrs. Day graduated from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania in 1999 with a BSE in Mathematics. She earned a PhD from Penn State in 2004.

Paula Lemley
MS-HS Science & English/10th grade HR
Mrs. Lemley graduated from West Virginia University in 1990 with a BS in Physical Education and in 1993 with a BS in Physical Therapy. She homeschooled her four children for ten years before joining the staff at MCA.
Amelia Disabito
MS & HS Social Studies & Spanish/11th grade HR
Miss Disabito graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2014 with a BA in History. In 2016, she earned her MS in Curriculum-Instruction from Pensacola Christian.
Laura Wiggs
HS Mathematics, Physics, & English Literature/12th grade HR
Mrs. Wiggs graduated from Bethany College in 1993 with a BS in Physics with a minor in mathematics. She completed additional post-graduate work in 2018 through Wheeling Jesuit University. Mrs. Wiggs was was instrumental in expanding MCA to secondary grades. She serves as MCA’s Academic Advisor.
Michele Peters
Elementary Band
Mrs. Peters graduated from Bob Jones University in 1985 with a BS in Elementary Education. She serves as one of MCA’s fine arts coordinators.
Joe Peters
Secondary Band
Pastor Joe is our music genius. He attended Bob Jones University and then completed his Music Education degree at West Virginia University in 1988. He earned a degree in Christian Education Administration from Pensacola Christian College in 1993. Pastor Joe then studied Biblical Counseling at Louisiana Baptist University, and in 2005, he received a Doctorate in Practical Theology from Master’s International University of Divinity. He is the pastor of Grace Bible Church.
